چکیده

Doping of CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) to achieve excellent material properties is accelerating due their increasing use in optoelectronic devices. Herein, a novel composite PNCs with nickel thiocyanate Ni(SCN)2 reported, exhibiting stronger photoluminescence (PL) and more extended stability. The addition at different molar concentrations reduces the surface trap states host PNCs. Therefore, microstrain, dislocation density, PL emission linewidth, Urbach energy decrease, resulting an increased quantum yield (PLQY) from 72% high above 90%. When stored ambient atmosphere for 120 days, PLQY doped maintained by than four times compared A combination 3D-printed conversion layers containing green-, yellow-, red-emitting blue light-emitting diodes results stable white light superior color qualities. Hence, new composites desired are developed as alternative conventional phosphors.

Ligand Mediated Transformation of Cesium Lead Bromide Perovskite Nanocrystals to Lead Depleted Cs4PbBr6 Nanocrystals.

Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) have emerged as attractive nanomaterials owing to their excellent optical and optoelectronic properties. Their intrinsic instability and soft nature enable a post-synthetic controlled chemical transformation. We studied a ligand mediated transformation of presynthesized CsPbBr3 NCs to a new type of lead-halide depleted perovskite derivative nanocrystal,...

Aluminum‐Doped Cesium Lead Bromide Perovskite Nanocrystals with Stable Blue Photoluminescence Used for Display Backlight

Bright and stable blue emitters with narrow full-width at half-maxima are particularly desirable for applications in television displays and related technologies. Here, this study shows that doping aluminum (Al3+) ion into CsPbBr3 nanocrystals (NCs) using AlBr3 can afford lead-halide perovskites NCs with stable blue photoluminescence. First, theoretical and experimental analyses reveal that the...

Polar-solvent-free colloidal synthesis of highly luminescent alkylammonium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals.

A novel synthesis of hybrid organic-inorganic lead halide perovskite nanocrystals (CH3NH3PbX3, X = Br or I) that does not involve the use of dimethylformamide or other polar solvents is presented. The reaction between methylamine and PbX2 salts is conducted in a high-boiling nonpolar solvent (1-octadecene) in the presence of oleylamine and oleic acid as coordinating ligands. The resulting nanoc...

Harnessing Defect-Tolerance at the Nanoscale: Highly Luminescent Lead Halide Perovskite Nanocrystals in Mesoporous Silica Matrixes

Colloidal lead halide perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) have recently emerged as a novel class of bright emitters with pure colors spanning the entire visible spectral range. Contrary to conventional quantum dots, such as CdSe and InP NCs, perovskite NCs feature unusual, defect-tolerant photophysics. Specifically, surface dangling bonds and intrinsic point defects such as vacancies do not form midg...

All-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals for photodetector applications.

Herein, we describe simple, fast and reproducible halide ion exchange reactions in CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, I) nanocrystals (NCs) at room temperature. Through the simple adjustment of the halide ion concentration, the photoluminescence of these NCs can be tuned over the entire visible region (425-655 nm). Photodetector devices based on entirely inorganic CsPbI3 NCs are demonstrated for the first tim...
